Our founder brings over a decade of operational expertise from working with top-tier real estate investment trusts (REITs), where she led initiatives in revenue optimization, smart property innovations, and resident experience. As an MBA graduate from NYU Stern, Melissa brings sharp business acumen paired with a deep understanding of what it means to care for people through the environments in which they live and work.
